The name “3C” stands for Contrast, Color, and Clarity – the three core visual attributes that this fabric is engineered to preserve and enhance.
The Speckle Problem
Speckle appears as a fine, grainy “snow” pattern over the projected image. MIVISION A2: No. 3C is a matte grey, non-ALR surface. It is best suited to dark, dim or light-controlled rooms.
Q3: Can I use it with a UST projector or laser TV?
MIVISION A3: 3C is positioned here for standard- and long-throw projection. For a UST projector or laser TV, choose a dedicated UST-compatible screen and confirm the match before ordering.
Q4: Can speakers be placed behind the screen?
MIVISION A4: No. This 3C surface is not acoustically transparent. If speakers will sit behind the image, choose an acoustically transparent screen series.
Q5: What should I send for a recommendation?
MIVISION A5: Send your projector model, throw type, room lighting, target image size and preferred installation style. We will recommend the correct category before discussing optional upgrades.
Q6: Can I choose a 3C fabric for my Quick-Fold Screen?
MIVISION A6: No. 3C Fabric is not suitable for quick-fold screens. Materials are sensitive to folding, and once a crease is formed, it may create visible dark marks in the viewing area.
Q7: Does the 3C screen have ambient light rejection?
MIVISION A7: The 3C screen is not a traditional directional ALR screen. It uses a grey optical base with advanced light diffusion to help reduce laser speckle, improve perceived contrast, and maintain image uniformity for RGB triple-laser projectors.

RETURNS, REFUNDS WARRANTY
1. The company provides 2-year free warranty service for the products sold. That is, within two years, due to the product itself material defects or design defects caused by the damage, can be replaced for free.(within one year, the product is not working properly or the damage has been seriously affected by the viewing, and can be replaced free of charge. After one year, the replacement will be at a cost.)2.The motors in all of the screens we sell are available with a five-year free warranty.
3. Within one week after sales, if the product is seriously affected by quality problems, the product may be returned or replaced, provided that the product appearance is free from any damage and the package is complete; We promise to complete the return and replacement procedures within two working days after receiving the returned products.(except holidays).
4.If the product is in good condition without any damage, we do not support returns.
5. Provide corresponding technical support and technical cooperation for the products sold, and guarantee to respond within 24 hours (except holidays).
6. Customized or made-to-order items (including special dimensions, material upgrades, or project-based products) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon receipt.

8. Shipping Responsibility: If a return is initiated due to customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees will be based on the carrier selected by the customer. If the return is due to our error(such as incorrect item or verified damage upon arrival), we will cover the associated shipping costs.

Image Performance Disclaimer : Projection image quality is influenced by multiple external factors, including but not limited to projector model, light source technology, room lighting conditions, installation distance, screen positioning, and calibration settings. As a result, perceived image brightness, contrast, sharpness, and overall viewing experience may vary from one environment to another.Such variations are considered subjective viewing differences and do notconstitute a manufacturing defect. Dissatisfaction based solely on image appearance, viewing preference, or environmental factors is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
10. The product damage or other reasons not caused by our company are not included in our free replacement:
(1)Improper installation, resulting in product damage.
(2) Voltage mismatch
(3) Not in accordance with the operation manual caused by improper use
(4) Maintenance or alteration not authorized by the company
